Short Bio

Best known for his solo blues show featuring raucous slide guitar and the rhythm of a pounding foot, two-time Moonshine Magazine blues artist of the year Pistol Pete Wearn has more recently been exploring his folkier songwriting-focused side with trio The Wildwood Flowers. 

As well as having supported such luminaries as Stefan Grossman, the Pretty Things & The Stray Birds, he once met Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top in the gentlemen's bathroom of a barbecue establishment in Houston, Texas.
